A rather more wet and

windy summer on the west

coast did save us a few

pounds in deisel as there

was plenty of wind!

We intended to go to St Kilda this year but the weather, which has to be very settled for a visit, proved too much and we confined our Hebridean visit to Eriskay and South Uist.
